The Glitter Crème base is similar to a thick waxy lip balm, and it is densely packed with tons of gorgeous cosmetic grade polyester glitters. It can be used for light to heavy glitter coverage. Being so densely packed with glitter, a little goes a long way, while taking up very little space in your kit.
